We make a positive contribution to our environment and society by helping our customers to operate technical assets more effectively.
We combine management and technical perspectives with passion, experience and the courage to topple monuments.
We drive meaningful change that enables organisations to manage and operate technical assets more effectively.
Meliorate was founded in 2011 as a spin-off of a leading international strategy consultancy and focusses on value-creating asset management and operations.
With offices in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, London and Munich, we support leading asset-intensive companies worldwide.
Our consultants primarily have a background in economics and engineering as well as the necessary empathy and the right pedigree for asset-intensive industries.
Our shared values are the foundation of our work. They guide us in our work with customers and in our company.
We inspire people by persevering even beyond the comfort zone.
We think unconventionally and are ready to challenge the status quo.
We create change by working sincerely and openly.
It’s part of our DNA to speak the language of different stakeholders within an organisation and to build mutual trust.
We deliver quality that leads to real change.
“I founded Meliorate to make the world a slightly better place — humanity will not be able to solve global challenges like health, security, and climate change without assets.”
“The way assets are managed is complex and needs to be transformed.”
“What sets me apart among consultants is my background as a civil engineer — in addition to technical expertise, I have learned to be pragmatic and to focus on making things work in real life.”

“Most people don’t pay attention to the assets around them. At the same time, most can hardly imagine a world without electricity, running water, or modern transportation networks. We all depend on assets — and especially on their strong performance.”
“Basic needs depend on assets..”
“It’s not about what you do, but how you do it.”
