The first step is to review your application documents submitted to us so that we can find out how good your profile suits us. As soon as we can give you feedback, we will contact you immediately. This is because long feedback periods are not the way we work.
Your first interview will be with a member of the HR team. This is where we will get to know each other in a better way. We are happy to answer any questions about
meliorate or the job, but of course we would also like to find out more about you and your motivation for joining us.
If we both decide that we would like to continue the application process, we will then have one or two more interviews with you to discuss your professional aptitude in
more detail. In order to get to know your way of thinking and working better, we use various diagnostic methods to do so. You will also gain a more detailed insight into
our projects and activities. Together we will find out our "fit".
Just a few days later, we will inform you of our decision and hopefully be delighted with you!
Wie sieht der Prozess aus?
Im ersten Schritt sichten wir Deine Unterlagen. Dann sehen wir, wie gut wir zueinander passen. Natürlich meldet wir uns schnell mit einem Feedback.
Danach führst Du verschiedene Gespräche mit Meliorater:innen, um zu sehen, ob wir matchen. Du triffst Kolleg:innen aus der Beratung, dem HR und dem Management.
Dabei lernen wir uns kennen. Wir interessieren uns für Deine Motivation und Deinen Werdegang. Wir sprechen natürlich auch ausführlich darüber, was uns antreibt.
Dazu machen wir Castestudies und Du bekommst alle Deine Fragen beantwortet.
